BEWARE. I'll start by mentioning that this was a normal interview process that began with a (late) phone call with the company's founder, Jessica Grossman, then a 3-part written test segment. I was a great fit for this position, and Jessica was very adamant that it was an entry-level position. I was perfectly okay with this, as I had mentioned many times to her. I was later sent an email with a link for the test portion of this interview (which was linked improperly, so I had to ask for the proper link) This test took a long time to complete, even for a seasoned copywriter who has done tests like this for big and small companies. It almost felt like free labour. After I finished the test, I sent Jessica my work, and she said she would get back to me soon about the results - but she never did. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to help out my fellow copywriters, especially now in this awful job market - we take the time to complete unnecessarily long tests without hearing back whatsoever. So please beware of this company.
