Entretien
I applied online, and then I received an email that they wanted to interview me. I called to confirm the interview time. Once I got there manager was late, and it was a first come first serve basis. Had to wait an additional hour because a few people had gotten there before me. Manager gave me the creeps. The next day they offered me the job. Most gyms you need to know someone to get into a job there.

Entretien
They had over 20 people come in the same time to interview one by one. Took almost an hour for them to spend 5 minutes interviewing me, and had at least over 100 applicants for 1 position. It was a poorly done interview and you could tell they did not care about you if you were not who they were looking for.

Entretien
Easy process, applied online, was emailed for an interview. Interviewed with the manager a week from application submission. Got offered on the spot. Asked very general questions, i.e. experience, how i feel about working full shifts with customer interaction, etc. Just make sure to smile and be positive and bubbly.
