Had 3 interviews with two managers then the store manager. The first two interviews were to get to know you, what you can bring to the company and some situational questions. The last interview was the same then followed by what mission/ value of the company did I align with the most and what my availability is like.

3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
4. What can you bring into the team setting?
5. Tell me about a difficult situation and how you overcame it.
6. What does good customer service look like?
7. How would you describe a good team player?
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process
