In college, I went to open interviews at in n out. The first time I made it to the second round then didn’t hear back from them so I tried again at the open interview dates and made it to the second round again. No call back. Months later when dining in, I ran into one of the managers that interviewed me once. She remembered me and asked if I was still looking for work, she then told me she would get me an interview with another manager that Saturday. I went in and the manager she was suppose to schedule me with was not in that day. Long story short, I never worked at in n out. LOL
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
