Entretien
I applied through their website. They soon called me in for an interview. When I arrived, the third manager stepped out with me for the interview, she was very friendly, cheerful and polite. We talked for around 20 mins and she then told me they would call me soon. Around 2 days afterwards the store manager called me to tell me I was hired and to ask when I could start. When I arrived to the store the next Monday he introduced himself and asked me about my school schedule for the current semester to create my work schedule. I then stepped into the back room where there are computers so you watch the training videos. Initially there are about 8 hrs of videos to watch before getting started on the real work.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process

Entretien
In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
