J'ai passé un entretien chez In-N-Out Burger (Santee, CA)
Entretien
Showed up and had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled interview time just to eventually talk to a "manager" who looked about 19 years old for 5 minutes. Huge waste of my time. Furthermore, none of the people working seemed to have the slightest idea of who was in charge of the place.

Question 1
None. The hardest part was waiting around while barely being acknowledged by anyone in the store.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
