Unlike my job interview at Safeway which was laid back and easy going, the job interview at In N Out Burger was more formal and professional type of interview, the question the manager asked me expect me to answer the question in details on which I only answered them in short answer. The manager asked me question like I had a job before and this is a horrible experience. The manager judges you on how you answer the questions. I got very nervous and most likely got rejected from the application process. If I was hired, this would be my first job.
