Entretien
Applied through a staffing agency. I first had an interview with the girl from the staffing agency, then 2 days later I had the interview with Implus where I interviewed with Dana and Don. Lasted about an hour and was very easy. Asked me to tell them about myself and a little bit of my experience, and then the rest of the questions were behavioral. I don't think they cared about what your answer was, but just that you had an answer. Everyone I met there was really nice.

What is your favorite TV show? If you could have a superpower what would it be? If you could talk to an animal for one day, what animal would that be? Whats your favorite food? Whats your biggest fear?
Very relaxed environment, the interview was conversational and not so rigid. The interviewer and I had some things in common on a personal level that I feel helped to make a connection; we were like minded and shared similar professional goals.

The interview was very quick. It was one on one. Very easy place to find. The interviewer was nice and understanding. She had a paper full of questions and went down the list to choose what she wanted to ask.
