Phone interview was really impossible. Person taking interview had a really thick chinese accent and it was impossible to understand anything being asked. I was just guessing one word out of sentence to figure out question. I have nothing against person having accent but the interviewer should be at least be considerate about candidates and have some one else ask questions.

A short timed quiz followed by a phone screening and take home.
Everything went pretty smoothly but got completely ghosted after the take home. Don't bother wasting your time with this company.
