The interview consisted of one phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview was warm and welcoming; I was happy to proceed 2 weeks later to a 1:1 interview. The in-person interview started with a preliminary grammar test, but also involved my being solicited for unpaid feedback on current marketing ads running for a recently launched product. To my surprise, It was requested of me to explain my input with the VP of the MD Branch. I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the position and what I had to offer with the VP, but I was concerned that the VP was disgruntled by my inquiry into the company's growth and 3-5 year future plans. I received notification 2 weeks after the 1:1 interview that I'd not be offered the position. When I asked for feedback regarding my interview and what I could do to strengthen my future endeavors job hunting, I was met with no response.
