Lyndhurst is a terrible place and the office is located in the back of a contaminated area. The interview was very casual, just one on one. the guy had clearly not ever looked at my resume and didn't have hardly anything prepared to ask me. I asked more questions than he did.

Interviewed by 3 people, including an LSRP. Interview was very long and slow process. A lot of quiet gaps in between each question. It was very odd. Once I had received an offer from the main office in LI, NY I was treated very disrespectfully by the hiring manager for Impact. After receiving a very low offer, I replied back with a chart of statistics in my area with average pay rates and asked for an increase in the offer. She called me back, gave me an attitude asking me what did you think this was? You got nothing to offer to the company. You need to take the offer just like everyone else and come on board and prove yourself. You’ll be lucky to get one thousand more than what you were offered.” Two days later, the offer was rescinded. The lyndhurst office people seemed to really like me and said I had a lot to bring to the table. It was odd and sad that this hiring manager was nasty to me.
