The interview process was a combination of behavioral interviews and a case/sales presentation, role playing a mock pitch to a customer. Every step of the process was enjoyable, from the first call with the Talent Team to the interviews with the hiring managers. The range of questions in all of the interviews was tough, fair and intellectually stimulating. I was adequately prepared at each step of the process on the hiring manager(s) I was set to meet with and the relevant case information. It was one of the best interview processes I've been a part of.
