The process was very fast, smooth, and structured. The whole process took 2 weeks. The HR reached out to me a few days after I applied and conducted the first interview. She always gave clear feedback, let me through other interviews smoothly and explained the role, benefits, culture very well. After the HR interview, I talked to a couple of team members from the BD team. There was a case study where I explained how I would handle inbounds, outbounds, and how I would evaluate potential deals. Instructions were quite clear. I got an offer after 2-3 weeks of applying to the role.
