The interview process consisted of a phone interview, in person interview with a staff member an direct report, the third interview/presentation is with the CEO, and the fourth interview is a presentation to all staff members.
I made it up to the presentation/interview with the CEO. I realized he wasn't listening to the presentation or interested in the interview when he interrupted me 10 minutes into the presentation to tell me that we were not formally introduced and proceeded to tell about his background, where he lives, etc. During our discussion, he told me that he doesn't want to string me along, but seeing that I do not have C-Level experience, which is essential to the position, I would not be a good fit. This was my third interaction with this company. One would think that this 'requirement' would have been called out during the in-person interview if not the phone screening.
If you interview with this company, be prepared for a long drawn out process and you will be let down by something that should have been realized during the first two stages of the interview process.
Overall the discussions with HR, marketing staff and supervisor was wonderful. They were really nice. It would have been a great working opportunity.
