Procedural, starting with HR, then managers, and then the director of the division. Everything happened in one day, and it took most of the morning. The HR manager gave me basic company information and background. Each manager was in charge of their own specific field and so their questions pertained to their area of expertise. The director was last to interview me and he only asked me to describe my previous experiences working in general terms.
