Pretty quick and very different. The company has some strange rituals and extravert personalities. The offer was titled "So you think you can dance?" I found the whole process very entertaining, which is a contrast to other interviews I'd recently had.

Nothing really, the job was a good fit so the questions where easy. As a systems engineer you can be expected to be asked about your experience and your technology. There is a keen interest in personality and passion. You better love what you do.
