Entretien
Initial meeting with GM was fairly generic interview, enquired about experience and knowledge of the product or ability to pick-up quickly areas I lacked.
Second interview asked about what would be my approach to sales and marketing for products and primary areas I would focus on. Some teams will run a test if you require certain skill sets (e.g. project evaluation), others its more verbal, but focus is on how you would tackle the job.
