Submitted an application and was contacted by the hiring manager a few days later. After our initial phone conversation, I was contacted by the TA Coordinator who set up a virtual panel interview with different Talent Team members. I received an offer the following week.

Video Interview is pretty odd. I don't see why a human can't do the interview if a human is going to take the time to review the video anyways. Not a very personal approach. Candidate experience is lacking.
