I went through all four rounds of interviews - a 30-minute Hirevue video recording (6 questions), a call with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager, and four 30-minute stakeholder interviews with five people. Total process took about two months. No response from HR for a week after the last interview was completed. Upon following up, recruiter finally called me to inform that although I was a strong candidate they decided not to offer me the job because they were moving the job to China due to "unexpected" changes in commercial business needs. Upon investigation, it appeared that the job location listed on the job post had been secretly modified from San Diego to Shanghai a few days before my last interview without notifying me. So unprofessional. Totally a waste of everyone's time.
