Series of informal interviews, and presentation presentation with very broad remit. Very informal and enjoyable interview. I had prepared all of the corporate spiel but didn't need any of it

Question 1
There were very few Illumina centric questions. The interview mainly focused on my experience and they were happy to answer questions on what the role entailed
Virtual interview, I didn't get to talk to a real person, had to record all of my answers with a time limit, it was a horrible process and there was very little human communication
The first step was an audio-only hirevue that allowed two attempts. After passing that, there were two video call interviews with team members for a total of around 90 minutes give or take.

Weird video interview where they asked me "How would you explain to a 6-year-old why the sky is orange at sunset." The other question I don't remember but was equally strange for a 2-question video interview. It felt very impersonal.
