I applied online and after 1 week I received an e-mail for a video interview. 10 days after completing the video interview I was called to participate in an interview with a panel of scientists.

They asked for a video one way interview which was strange. Feels like the manager does not have the time or cares enough about the process to do the interview themselves.
Talent acquisition asked standard questions but couldn’t tell me much about the specifics of the team or role. Would imagine that would have been more of a hiring manager task.
