Went through a phone screen, call with hiring manager, and in person with team and other involved members. Had to do a 20 minute presentation on something from my portfolio with everyone in the room who'd interview me, then 1 on 1 meetings after with each. Heard back very quickly and they called to say the team was going to make me an offer. Never received the offer. Recruiter followed up and said they needed time. Then would check in often and finally admitted that they were restructuring and needed to evaluate the need for the position. If they did need it, I would have to come in and interview again for it. Terrible experience as I just stopped hearing from them and was left to wonder what happened.
