The first round was a web based, 1-sided interview, where one is supposed to answer on-screen questions with x seconds preparation time and y seconds for the answer. This felt very unnatural and awkward and I am still surprised that I got invited to the second round. The second round was an in person interview with all relevant managers present. I was asked to prepare a brief presentation on a product and my vision on the position. The atmosphere was very open and friendly.
