Brief screening phone call going over the job details, checking boxes to see if you're eligible to continue. It seems like most people pass this part. The 2nd interview is a mix between a behavioral and technical, asking you about yourself and experiences as well as testing your knowledge.

The interviewers and recruiters were all very friendly. During the interview, there were mainly standard interview questions. Overall, it felt like a smooth process, and that they valued my time.

Entretien
Multiple issues regarding communication throughout the interview process. Recruiter missed the initial interview time and did not respond to any emails prior to the meeting. I had to call recruiter to remind them of our new interview time, proceeded with the interview and recruiter stated I moved to the next round. However, no communication and responses to my emails were made from recruiter after the initial interview, I withdrew my application and recruiter immediately responded to my application withdrawal email. Knowing how my colleague also interviewed for the same position and had a much more streamlined and responsive experience for her application, I feel both disappointed and disrespected.
