Phone screen with CTO. The interview started with introductions, then some questions regarding resume details and finally some in-depth system design questions about MLOps. The CTO was intense and did not have much communication skills. The interview does not have coding or in-depth ML questions.

Question 1
If the GPU VMs for ML models are self-managed and you were to create an orchestration tool, what are the most important aspects of it?
I had a good experience overall. While the interviewers showed up late, the technical questions they asked were relevant and tested experience in machine learning as opposed to leetcode style questions.
