A really positive and rounded honest interview when the terms and conditions of employment and exactly what the job entailed were very clearly explained. The interviewer probed with good questions my past employment, my attitude towards customer service and my understanding of exactly what was expected. The interviewer was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the work and conveyed this well.
