Iconic Air was looking for someone to lead and mentor their team. I've had experience mentoring engineers for over 20 years. My recent tenure including mentoring developers who grew from Junior to Senior over the years. The interview process didn't process didn't get past the Co-Founder because the feedback was that I was "too old". I am not kidding or exaggerating.
