Entretien
It was delayed and so casual. All my preparation was based on a professional formal expectation. There was a lack of sincere apology for the delay. It got me (rightly) concerned that the role will be thankless and difficult. It was frustrating due to messy admin. I was given a later date but the manager called asking why I hadn't attended when the date hadn't arrived yet. We informally made it sooner. So even with making it sooner, it presented a messy process.

Entretien
The manager's first comment was unexpected: "I wasn't expecting you; normally, it's mostly men applying for these roles." She then got my name wrong three times in about 15 minutes, giving me the impression of an unorganised branch. I was informed I'd be working at a different branch than the one I interviewed for, which further confirmed this initial impression. During the interview, there was concern about heavy lifting, with the manager asking, "Are you sure you can do it?" seemingly because I am a woman. Despite this, I was given a trial shift and hired on the spot.
