I joined an IceMobile Open day to learn more about their design processes and we both had such a great click that I was asked for an interview - I found it an extremely nice and fast procedure - respectful, enthusiastic, authentic, fun and professional! After the first interview I was asked for a lunch with the team and a chat with one of the directors - also really straight forward and low key. Overall a great process.
