Overall, was a good interview process. The first round was with a recruiter and you experienced general behavioral questions, second round was with the division's director, and the final round was a panel interview with a presentation.

The interview process was a pretty standard "tell me a time when..." interview. It's best to tell stories that showcase your leadership skills, time management, attention to detail etc. Everyone I spoke with was very kind!
