Interview consisted of a phone interview that lasted maybe 30 minutes. Was asked about my experience in teaching and when I described it, the interviewer didn't really seem interested in my answers. I asked for the company's outlook as far as expansion in the courses and the grades targeted, to which he seemed put off.
