I had a half hour phone screen to talk about my experiences so far and why I wished to transition out of my current role.
I was moved onto the next step which had me work on 4 tasks of varying difficulties for varying skills.

What prerequisite skills would be needed in order to be successful for another skill (I had to tell which skills would be needed to be successful with systems of linear equations)?
What would an entry level question for skill look like?
Tasks:
Give an explanation how to do _____ skill at a _____ grade level (elementary grade).
Give an explanation how to do _____ skill at a _____ grade level (high school grade).
What would the different levels of questions for _____ skill look like? What types of questions would you use? Is there anything you would avoid?
Write two word problems for ____ grade where the answer would be ___________. (Mine was 4th grade, where the answer would be the remainder in a division problem)
I scheduled the interview with a recruiter and had a phone call with someone who said they were a Math Curriculum Developer. He seemed nice and asked standard questions I would expect about my experience and how I would approach certain topics. At the end of the interview, he said he felt comfortable moving me forward to the "take home test". I completed that assignment and was not moved forward after that.
