After submitting resume and cover letter I received an email 2 weeks later for phone interview availability. Once scheduled I had an approximately 30 minute phone screen with someone who is in the same position. The questions were average, starting with basic information and then very content specific. The person was pleasant and wanted to move forward. The next steps were a very lengthy set of take home written responses. I was given a week to complete. This took me a complete days to finish. Once submitted it took 2 weeks to hear back, and I probably only heard back because I finally sent a follow up email. They do no give feedback on what they didn’t like, but ultimately they didn’t like what I gave. Not sure what could’ve been better. I have years of teaching experience and a graduate degree in my subject area. Didn’t want to believe the reviews here when I applied, but I suspect they use these to get free expert opinions/solutions. The same position is continually posted and open, so not too happy with the suspected dishonesty.
Pretty straightforward. The recruiter will call you and ask some pre-screening question then you will be asked to complete a task within a week. The task consists of grammatical correction, alignment and information clarity.
Had a phone screening which went well, followed by a work product. The instructions on the work product were overall very vague, and took a lot of guessing/assuming what they were looking for. It took me about 5 hours total, and I received a rejection email stating that no feedback would be given and with no further explanation.

The interview consisted of a recruiter call. Then a 2nd call. Then a remote meeting via zoom where I was drilled with questions that didn't seem to math the role I applied for. Zero emotions shown. No smiles.
