Met a recruiter at a career fair. Sent in application. Was emailed about setting up a phone screen. Phone screen was just a run through of the resume, with 2 simple, standard brain teasers. Oddly, they didn't seem to expect you to know anything about their site at this point. This was followed by a written exercise, where you were supposed to pitch new features for their website.
Their form email declining candidates is the most critical/coldest form rejection I've ever seen. It ought to be rewritten.

Everyone was friendly in the interview process, however, it was a long process from start to finish. Initial interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with hiring manager. After that, they will offer an in person interview typically.

I had an interview, they asked the typical interview questions and the same jelly bean riddle that everyone else said. Then I had to do a design assignment, which I had a week to complete. It was actually a bit of work and took me about the whole week to complete, with the fact that I'm a student with a part time job.

I interviewed with a member of the product management team. There wasn't a brain teaser. Questions are more leaning towards previous experience, projects, and how you would approach a design.
