1) Video Interview: a mix of competency questions (i.e. please describe a time when you have...) and general questions about my CV. Also included an overview of the team and some time to ask more questions about the role. 2) Questionnaire coding task: given 1 week to code a questionnaire on their platform. 3) In-person stage: a meeting in the office with 2 parts. Firstly, a 45 minute excel task. Secondly, a formal interview with a senior manager.
