J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ITW (Chicago, IL) en mars 2017
Entretien
Applied online to ITW subsidiary in late February. HR representative called two weeks later to schedule onsite interview with hiring manager.
I interviewed onsite three days after HR contact. The hiring manager and I met for ninety minutes. The hiring manager said he was filling a vacancy following a resignation. He would be screening five (5) external candidates and two (2) internal candidates. I was candidate number two. The opening would be filled "as soon as possible" - probably five weeks. Finalists would be invited onsite once or twice to meet with senior management.
I followed up the hiring manager the next day and two weeks later. Shortly after the second follow up, the HR representative called to say the company had filled the opening with an internal candidate.

I was emailed by the HR manager and set up a phone interview for a later date. Ten minutes before the interview, I was emailed saying that something came up so she would have to reschedule. She requested my availability for re-scheduling and I emailed her back. A week past and I did not receive an email from her. I emailed the HR manager again, letting her know I am still interested and now it’s been another week with no reply.
This is very unprofessional behavior. Something I could let slide for a recruiter but not an HR manager.
