Interview invovled normal intro one 2 one andgoing over background. Then practicatical take away on a back end task which seemed straghtforward.
We then booked in another interview for a discussion on what I had done in the task.
Saying this the second interview was cancelled literally 5 mins before the time and got a call saying that they no longer wanted to continue with the process. Extra frustrating and demoralising as I had rearrange some things in the morning.

The interview was very friendly and relaxed, held over a Zoom call with three members of the team, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged open conversation, clear communication, and a comfortable overall experience.

The interview included a tedious take home tech test and the communication afterwards was very sparse. Everything seemed haphazardly arranged. The lack of clarity over the process and the lack of responses and feedback seemed quite unprofessional for such a large institution.
