Initial telephone interview. Followed by a presentation interview with the internal recruiter. Then a final interview with several members of the company.

Entretien
You would have a telephone interview and if successful,
You would be asked to complete a 5 - 10 minute presentation on yourself and deliver this to two or three managers in the board room.
You would then return for a further face to face interview for a more in depth interview.
After I got the job, I was told that the managers try to make people cry in the interview stage, to see how tough the candidates are.
