The hiring process starts with hangout interview, focused into your previous experience (based on your CV) , with some (a few) technical details. They give great importance to recommendations. After been approved, you should be requested to complete a small web project, in my case, a .Net MVC integration bootstrap, knockout, SQL, EF, LINQ, store procedures, etc..., which should be completed at most in 5 days. Not difficult is you have previous experience with these technologies.

You have a quick interview with the recruiter where everything related to the company is explained. The next steps are cleared too. Comfortable interview. First interview is not too technical, just introduce yourself and talk about your goals and accomplishments
