The interview process at ISHIR is streamlined. It starts with a technical test followed by Technical Interviews - 2 rounds, if you get through with the first round. They grill you a lot on basic concepts and look for people with sound foundation. The second F2F technical round is with the Project Manager who will also check your comfort level for interacting with international clients and working in Agile environment. The overall experience was good and I did not have to wait for long within different rounds. The HR person had briefed me well about the process.
