After applying I was contacted by a recruiter for a F2F interview. I had a 4 rounds of F2F interviews with Manager, Architect, Delivery Head followed by a HR and Personality and behavioral online test and Background verification. Interviewers and entire panel was not clear about the Job Description and the road map, even why they are hiring. They call me multiple times @ their venue for F2F interviews and ended up that they have no projects. Entire interview process was just waste of time, money and travel.
