i was called for a personal interview to the office, there were other 12 people on the same day for interview, firstly we were briefed about the companies buisness and the work they do, they were very clear in there words that this company is very difficult to survive as they continuesly stated that there were things you would feel very stressful but you have to undulge in japanese culture. then 3 groups were made for the group discussion and we were given topic on which 3 of us have to speak for minute, it was very easy. and they there was a personal interview which consisted if basic question about oneslef like education,hobbies and weakpoints and strong points.
