The interview had multiple steps first is the 1:1 interview were the candidate is asked a lot of general questions and is introduced in the company hierarchy. The second time the candidate will be put in front of a computer to solve some technical tests and some personality tests. The third part will be again an 1:1 interview were the candidate has to answer more specific technical interview and will be put in front of some real life problems and be asked to solved them.
