I saw the ad on Craigslist and I went down there. I filled out an application and then was asked to stay for an interview. The interview was just a few simple questions, and then she asked me to read out loud a paragraph from a paper she handed me. After doing the interview, I was asked to come back the next day for a bit of a training session. During this training session, which was done as a group with other potential employees, we just had to get a little used to the system through which interviews were conducted. We also had to memorize a few lines.
Very easy job to get. All you need to know is how to read.

easy. answer honestly. they need the workers especially in the morning. They called me initially to schedule a one on one interview. The interviewer was real nice. Not a stressful interview at all. took about 10 min. The training sucks because you are not paid for it and it takes about 5 hours.

You do a screening interview to determine whether you can form a sentence and how you sound over the phone. The second interview is to do practice calls and procedures.
