No interview for this position. I was just called with a job offer and told to come in to pick up my equipment. This was during covid, so it may have been different.

Very Easy. No interview. I applied online. Attended the hiring event. They selected 200 people. Sent us and email and we had to answer questions within the email. Wait for a tentative offer email. Accept the offer. Wait for someone to call you and do your fingerprints and take a pic for your badge. After that process i had to wait for a firm offer and that offer let you know your pay and schedule.
