Very relaxed and casual. Multi-person panel for interview and everyone was extremely nice. Had an initial call and then a conference remotely. Received an offer shortly after. Good experience overall and no complaints.

45 minutes one single interview. Generally interested in gauging interest in position and public service. Asked about it prior experience and how educational experience would translate. Process from interview to selection took about 1 month.

On Campus Interview, followed up by an interview with the AAC (few years ago). OCI interview was two people from the local office interviewing me. The local AAC then had me to a callback. OCI was about 15 minutes, callback was approximately 30 minutes.
