Met the CFO for a competancy based interview and then had a follow up telephone interview to discuss the specific role they needed filling. The process was well organised and clearly communicated to me both via the recruiter who introduced me, as well as the Head of Talent who answered questions i had and kept me updated as they were getting towards a decision
