Applied online, completed an online assessment, then a chat with the talent manager to see if it’s a good fit then final stage was an assessment day at their office in Slough.
Assessors and talent manager were all very friendly and the tasks were interactive however it’s slightly disappointing to not hear back or get any feedback especially when they mentioned how they narrowed down the applications from 300+ to roughly 10 for the assessment day, it’s not hard to give a bit of feedback, an update or at least a rejection email considering candidates worked hard to make it to the final stage and commute to their office.

The process started positively with a relaxed 30-minute video call with a recruiter. This was followed by a full assessment day involving group and individual exercises, written scenarios, and a one-to-one interview with hiring managers. I was initially told this would be the final stage. The next day, I was asked to attend an additional online interview with two members of the department, which extended the process further. Overall, the recruitment process took just over two weeks. I was told I would receive an outcome within one to two weeks, but I never heard back. Even after sending a polite follow-up email, I received no response. Being ghosted after multiple interview stages and a full assessment day was disappointing and showed a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
