Recently interviewed for Remote opportunity in USA. The interviewer from India (Associate case manager Alekhya Goli) was Extremely unprofessional and toxic. You can take these people out from India but cannot take India out of them. She needs proper training and grooming sessions on course of conducting interviews and respecting time. They behave like they still are in India and can bring that exploitative culture to other countries as well. I am sure these kind of people lead to higher attrition and toxic environment in a company.
