I recently had an interview with Eric Rieves, Senior Recruiter at IQVIA, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After the interview, I never received any feedback or follow-up, despite several attempts to reach out for an update. It’s frustrating to invest time and energy into the interview process without any communication or clarity about the next steps. Clear and timely feedback is essential, and the lack of professionalism in this regard left me with a negative impression of IQVIA's recruitment process. Would not recommend.

The interview process had three rounds: the first was pure coding, the second was coding plus a technical interview with engineers, and the third was with the Team Leader, where we went through some scenario-based questions. I felt the conversation went quite well, but they eventually told me they aren't looking to spend time training fresh graduates—they need someone who can hit the ground running.

second is technical 2 in which coding and query related questions were asked
